Frozen Pudding and Graham Cracker Sandwiches
My sister-in-law made these tasty little treats for our regular Sunday night supper at my mom’s house. The kids adored them … and the adults thought they were mighty tasty, too!
Frozen Graham Cracker Sandwiches
One 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
2 cups cold milk
1 package instant pudding mix, your favorite flavor
1 cup whipped cream
36 graham cracker squares
Use a mixer to beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Gradually blend milk into the cheese. Add pudding powder and beat two minutes. Fold in whipped topping, gently.
Spoon approximately 1/4 cup pudding mixture onto a graham cracker half. Top with the other half. Wrap each individual sandwich in plastic wrap. Freeze for four hours or until firm. Enjoy!
