Diary of a recipe tester: couscous

I tested a recipe over the weekend. It's not my  recipe so I can't share it with you yet,  but I will say it was fresh and light and tasted — according to my taste-testers — very healthy. I made a couscous salad that included asparagus, leeks and peas. Couscous (pronounced koos-koos) is a fluffy semolina pasta. It originated in Morocco and is also popular in Mediterranean cuisine.
