Staging their coup d’etat


They have a vision. They’re creating a plan. They’re trying to figure out how to make it happen on their own, but they know that’s impossible. This dream of theirs will need parental assistance.

I gave them a thumbs up … made a few suggestions … will help them translate ideas to paper.

It’s up to them to convince their daddy. (I’ll put in a good word, as well!)


It’s an ideal spot, mostly because {nearly} level land is hard to come by on our property. It’s all hills and dales and dips and steep areas. But this isn’t being used at the moment. And the old fence needs removed anyhow. And horse crazy girls need a riding arena {they think} and why not — especially if they’ve figured out a way to make it work.

they’re taking their own — and his — measure.
