We’re freezing … literally, thanks to an abundance of sweet corn. And also because it feels like autumn every morning. We leave our windows open, you know, and this morning it was 62 in the house. That may not sound unappealing, but it is. It’s weird to search for socks and a sweatshirt in August.
The garden has provided us with bountiful beans, shallots and if you happen to be following along on Instagram, carrots — very, very large carrots! We’re pickin’, huskin’ and freezin’. I also made an outstanding soup for dinner. Recipe coming soon!
