Sweet Pumpkin Soup

Sweet Pumpkin Soup
This is an easy recipe that will warm your taste buds and your heart. It’s best made with fresh-roasted pumpkin — surely you have a leftover pie pumpkin sitting around somewhere? Just roast on a sheet pan in the oven until tender, scoop the tasty pumpkin from the rind, and puree in a food processor. Or, use canned pumpkin puree if you must! A hint of brown sugar adds simple, sweet depth to this tasty dish!
